Toyota had an opportunity to strengthen its relationship with customers by introducing Toyota Go, a digital membership portal that delivers a more personalised experience, and connects users to the brand more deeply than ever before. It brings together rewards, servicing, wish lists, and profile management in one seamless portal at toyota.com.au.
This project involved product and UI design for the membership portal for a seamless, intuitive user experience, and later crafting a brand identity to launch Toyota Go into the Australian market.
