Imogen is an identity and interaction designer. Her practice spans multiple disciplines, but is woven together with a thread of impact driven craft. She believes in the power of design to shape ideas, and change minds. At the moment, Imogen is loving digging through design archives. In another lifetime she might have been a historian or ethnographer.

Process
Immerse
Setting the foundations, and understanding and interacting with the world of who I am designing for. Active listening, empathy, and open dialogue is essential to gather insights from diverse perspectives.
Shape
Creating bridges between patterns, contexts and behaviours. Transforming ideas into a visual language. Pushing boundaries, finding the human truth, and using craft to bring an idea to life.
Share
Ensuring there is a purposeful narrative. Once an idea has been shaped, language and visuals need to work together to tell the story, and communicate a message.
